I have been under the care of Mr Fairley for the past 10 years, previous to this had suffered from recurrent ear problems with no diagnosis, had to have surgery and now see him a couple of times a year for check ups. Cannot praise him and Sylvia Fairley enough, fantastic aftercare !!

Sylvia and James arranged my ear treatment at very short notice, due to imminent travel plans. Having Sylvia answer the phone promptly when needed was a big help, especially with co-ordinating ear drops with the ASDA chemist after hours! On the treatment side, I really appreciated the way James explained everything in such detail, as well as his friendly demeanour and obvious very high degree of skill and experience in this area. It’s very reassuring to be treated by someone who is not only extremely knowledgeable but clearly loves his field of work too. I’ll be very happy to recommend James to any of my friends with ENT issues.
